We've deployed changes, which we believe should resolve the issues we were seeing on BITE ME. We'll continue to monitor this.
We're aware that since 08/07/24 the Team RH app has been unable to connect to MyFitnessPal. We're attempting to contact MyFitnessPal to resolve this issue. In the mean time, we advise members to track using BITE ME - https://teamrhfitness.com/pages/bite-me
12:30pm: This issue has now been resolved
9am: We're aware of and currently investigating an issue where users cannot connect their MyFitnessPal account to the Team RH App to pull through their macros to the Dashboard. This issue appears to have started on the evening of the 23rd of August and has persisted into this morning. We're working hard to get this sorted for you all, but in the mean time please continue to track in MyFitnessPal as normal and all of the information will transfer over when you reconnect! Come back to this page later today for updates!
We're investigating an incident with Sky broadband customershaving trouble accessing the Team RH app. Please switch to mobile data in the meantime.
